The email update system was not working well. I did not know when to expect my car until it was ready, and couldn't easily arrange to pick it up. Each time I spoke with an actual person, they were SUPER helpful and pleasant to work with. The Rainbow agent gave me confidence in the repairs that would be done when the insurer did not.
