I was very pleased with most of my experience with Lambert Auto and Body. My only complaint is the communication. My repair was to take 2-3 days. I rented a car for 3 days. On the last day I still hadn’t received an update, despite the texting system designed for status reports and updates. I called to find out if I needed to extend my rental. I was diverted to voicemail stating it may be several hours before they could get back to me, or perhaps the next day, a set up for failure. At the end, I got my car a day late , no big deal , I just hoped for better.
I haven't really driven the car much yet, which is the most important thing, but I have fully appreciated their communication -- both their candor when discussing options and their periodic emails keeping me posted on the progress. Thank you.
