I did not receive timely or frequent notification about the status and schedule of the repair. I had to call to check the status of the repair, to learn when it was delayed, and to learn when it was ready. The texting and online notification system could have been used to better effect.
Otherwise the experience was satisfactory.

My dash is cracked from front to back and there was no crack on my dash when I dropped it off! I received a you tube video that there was a manufacturers defect on my year of Acura TL. I looked up a similar you tube video on the rental I had for several weeks with similar information. Do you suppose Enterprises would have charged me for the damage and as you know the answer would have been YES and all I would receive is the notice from USAA on the cost of repair!!!!
