I did have to wait a couple months to get repairs done. Staff was welcoming, professional, and polite. Once car was dropped off for repairs Gary remained in constant communication providing updates every day once the initial timeframe had passed due to waiting for a part from Subaru. He facilitated a convenient retrieval of my car including information for return of my rental and payment over the phone. I have use Hild in the past, will use again and would recommend Hild to others.

Love how patient they are with their clients. I have a hearing disability. So I would repeat what I thought they were trying to tell me. To clarify what it was they were explaining. I told him about my hearing disability. So he would understand what I was up to. He was impressed.Though it took a little longer to explain things. In the long run. It took less time to deal with me. And they were able to get everything done quickly.without complications. Thank you for doing such an awesome job on my car.
