Steve made the time to truly sit down with me in your lovely front office and calmly, and calming an frazzled lady, explained the process and talk me down and talked me thru dealing with insurance, very trustingly, I could hand the key over and he kept me well informed. Picked up car today and it is beautiful and I know it has been thoroughly checked out and it is better than when I bought it!! Overall experience was great, I chose Hild because I have had great experiences and I have often recommended Hild.
Eric was very helpful, I appreciated how he was informative, and communicated very well. I liked being able to text.
My vehicle was ready several days from the original date given, however I was aware the entire time of any changes, and when I picked up my vehicle I was so happy to see he results, I understand why it took a little longer.
Only thing I would have to "complain" about is front desk personnel, the girls are not polite, not courteous, lacking social polish. Both times I was in, when dropping off and when picking up I felt as if they were doing me a favor, when they were only supposed to be doing their job, but oh well.
