The repair itself was great. I did not like how it was handled though. It was not timely. The finish date kept getting pushed back. I called the day they said it would be done and was told to come in the next 30 minutes before they close but was more than 30 minutes away. I waited all day the next day (Friday) to be notified of it finishing. They then changed it to Monday, maybe Tuesday. Was never notified Tuesday so I called Wednesday. They again tried to push it to just before they close and I said no I’m coming to pick up up as is. If it was ready in 30 minutes on Thursday then why did I not get it until the following Wednesday!?! Sounds like they either lied hoping I couldn’t come, or they were lazy about washing it and dragged it out for 6 days. That would be 6 days paying for a rental! I was hit again last week and told my insurance NOT to tow it there. Sorry.
