I really enjoyed the friendly people at Don's and especially Hector who shared his philosophy of life and it came at a very pivotal time when crucial decisions need a wise mind mentor. Thank you to Peter who made sure I felt honored as a guest and respected as a customer. Peter made sure everything was done to perfection and on time! I also appreciate the reassurances from the office receptionist/manager as she gave me updates on my rental car and was organized with the paperwork; she was very nice, grounded, and had everything under control. If I ever need a body shop again, I will definitely oto Don's!

The service and communication was fantastic and I really appreciate how great the car looked when it was returned. My only issue was that I'm certain it was moved around for the weeks that it was there, and I'm sure it was dropped off VERY low on gas, but when I picked up, it literally showed 0 miles of available travel on the low gas gauge and it chugged as I left the shop. I went straight home (3 blocks) and called AAA as I was afraid to get stuck trying to get to a gas station. Dropping a gallon in would have been good as it was being started and moved all those weeks. Thanks for hearing this concern.

Wow! This job could not have been completed any more quickly and completely. I had an appointment on the next business day after my accident (which took all of 10 minutes), my part arrived and was painted the next day, and I brought my car in for installation on the morning of the third. In just a bit more than an hour on was on my way.

Don’s AutoBody has made this hit & run incident less stressful. Collin was very honest, trustworthy, and sincere. Even though the car was totaled, the car is still in good & operable condition, & it just needed the bumper & hood fixed. His shop does a great job & very timely.
