Toby and his team were fantastic. They were accurate in the intial assessment and estimate. I didn't have to wait long, nor did I need an appointment for that first visit. They consistently communicated about progress and finished the job before estimated completion. They were flexible in arranging for drop off & pick up and went above and beyond by bringing our finished van to our home after some miscommunication regarding pick up. Our van was delivered sparkling clean--inside and out--unlike it's drop-off state--and the repair is perfect. Additionally, they arranged for our tire replacement from ****'s, next door, when I got a flat during drop-off to MC. This is the best customer service I've experienced in years. We'll definitely come back & recommend MC to anyone who needs body work for their vehicle.
