One of the main reasons why I was satisfied with Iran my experience was to due to the attentive, exceptional customer service I received. Cynthia Morrell was very professional and friendly. She stayed in constant communications with me and I always knew what was happening with my car. Her attention to detail also was excellent. I expected the work to be on point. However when staff is as good as the work performed, it makes for an amazing experience to an unfortunate accident. It appeared she went above and beyond the call of duty. They must take responsibility for the Lost, this car is leased, every mile is count, dealer will charge me $0.20 per mile at end of lease.
