This being my second repair at the Dumfries location, this experience as the previous one, was wonderful. This repair experience really surprised and wowed me because after I got into my car to leave, I noticed the whole car had been detailed including the carpet and floor mats. I have never had any repair facility do that to any of my cars. Mind you, this car is 17 years old, I have owned it for 4 years and I truly appreciate that the carpet and floor mats look brand new. Kudos to Billy who did this for me as a repeat customer. It is the small things that make customers appreciate your company, keep coming back and spread the word to others of the stellar service you provide to us customers. Absolutely most mediocre shop with worst customer service and poorest quality "work" I've ever seen. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. It's the most shady shop I've ever had the misfortune of dealinf with. Complete nightmare and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. It's awful this shop is still in business with how unqualified and fraudulent the work and employees are.

Amazing customer service! It took awhile to get my car back but worth the wait- everything looks great and my car was detailed/ cleaned perfectly!
