The staff that I spoke with was very polite and professional and they explained the process and timeline and kept me informed along the way. When I picked up my car they walked around the vehicle and explained the repairs and gave me a chance to review and ask questions. On top of all of that my car was cleaned and detailed upon delivery. I am very impressed and would recommend L&M to anyone.

I was very disappointed because my expectations were not met. When I dropped the car I went over what needed to be done but when I picked it up part of it was not done. When I queried the representative at the desk he said they would fix it in about 15 minutes. I made the payment and when he brought it out it was still not fixed. When I asked why he said to fix that they would have to order the whole moulding. My question to him was, when I dropped it and showed to the guy who took it in that that part was also damaged and needed to be fixed, why did he not tell me that from the beginning? So is it right to charge my insurance and take my deductible and not completely fix the damage I had on the car? Is it satisfactory to take a damaged car to a bodyshop and pick it up half fixed? Being disappointed with the service rendered me is an immense understatement. I still cannot reconcile what I was told when I dropped the car and the story being told me when i picked it up. This is not good for your business. Satisfying one customer comes with a ripple effect of informing others of a good job done, and the same is true of not meeting customers' expectation. All i expected was for my car to be fixed when i picked it up, and not to have that still grieves me.

Overall was satisfied, but when they had to keep my car an extra day due to further discovered damage, I wasn’t notified. Not by phone or email. It wasn’t until I called late in the day that I was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until the next afternoon. Since I had a rental I then had to notify them of the delay. The insurance company didn’t even notify me until much later in the day (around 8 pm). I think if everyone involved was communicating with each other then the customer would have been notified sooner.
