Quality of work putting the vehicle back together and aligning the rear door. Also, the alignment of the rear bumper cover. I returned to the shop, and they were supposed to order the plastic clips for the bumper cover. Never heard back from them. Will never uses this repair faculty again.

Although the price for the repair was lowered at checkout, the price I had to pay was higher than the contract price promised with no additional work required. A computer glitch is not my responsibility and the company should have said nothing and accepted the loss and you would have had a 100% satisfied customer.
