My repair was completed quickly and the result is great. Very happy Don was able to get an OEM bumper cover and keep the total repair bill under $****,000. However, I would have appreciated being notified personally about any supplements to the original estimate as I was tracking that cost because the repair bill impacted my rental car bill. Also, I expected my car to be clean but it was not clean on the inside. Maybe that’s not included anymore but at least wipe down surfaces that got dirty as a result of the repair process. Thanks!

First attempt to get an estimate got refused by a sales or repair representative saying you guys dont accept outsiders insurances, he did got full knowledge of the policy, I feel discriminated and uncomfortable. Second time got on the phone ask for a quote and the receptionist was very unprofessional, she send transform with another repair tech specialist. finally I got to deliver my car after a month and calls made by me just to push them to get a date for a car drop off, after the repair, they lost the car antenna , **** back to grab it and not even apologize for the inconvenience.

I haven't heard back about the dash trim you were going to repair. I took care of the over-tightened castle nuts on my hitch by myself, but I'm still waiting to hear about the trim.
