It was very clear that different employees have different levels of competence in communication. For example, there was an instance where I called in and was told that the shop would follow up, which never happened. When one particular individual and I conversed, there was follow up and all loops were closed.

I was pleased with how clean the outside of the car looked and added bonus was the tires and rims were cleaned and shined in the process of the body work on my vehicle. Note in the future please let your customers know when their vehicle is completed. I did not get a call from the Alameda Autobody team that my vehicle was completed repairs. I called on my own behalf. Overall, repair work was great and in great condition. Thank you so much for your hard and fast work on my vehicle.
