I had heard that Alameda Auto Body did great work. I was not disappointed. They indicated to bring my car and when it was the anticipated date that it be finished and they were very prompt. They did an excellent job in repairing and bringing back my car to the new condition. I would definitely recommend them the next time. Hopefully I will not have to use your services in the future. I have any needs for my car. I would certainly rank them as five stars.

Jerry was helpful in every way. He took my car even though I got there right at closing time. He was thorough in his examination of the damage. The estimate was done quickly, as was the repair. Better yet, the repair work was excellent. All staff were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will recommend this shop whole-heartedly.

Overall service is good and Marc and other staff are super friendly and helpful. I just feel that this shop services so many cars that my car does not get the full attention. They forgot few stuff on my repair - the interior rip on the carseat was not fixed at all it seems and only programmed 2 keys out of 3 although i gave all 3.
