You guys do a great repair job! That being said I think the business is getting so busy you guys need to do something before customers leave. Waiting over 3 weeks to have your car worked on is way to long. Everyone is professional and friendly. The work is top notch but the wait time is making me want to look someplace else.

Had a little mix up when I came to pick up my car. I was called by someone in the office to say I could pick up my car on a Friday at 5:00, but I told the gal that I was meeting friends in Los Gatos for dinner and couldn't pick it up then. I asked if I could pick it up on Saturday, and she said yes that you were open at 8:00. So, I came over, only to discover you are not technically open on Saturday. Thank goodness, Tony, an estimator of yours was there. He got my car, wrote out a receipt, and ensured that I was happy with everything that was done. He even gave me the rest of the touch up paint that was left. He saved the day and made sure I was a happy customer. An asset. You may need to remind office staff of your business hours.
