I had a door alignment problem on my passenger side door and it’s not quite 100%. It feels like it’s very close but the door doesn’t pop open the same as the rest of the car

On a scale of ****= bad and 10= good I would say that my experience was a 11. My contact Dean was totally Outstanding! He explained the process and kept me advised on the progress of the repair. Great customer Service and my car looks great.

Fog lamps are loose and not flushed into the front bumper , side rubber molding is loose and replaced windshield fluid reservoir sensor not working. - I am little disappointed, I have to go back to the shop on 9/10 Tuesday at 8am. I spoke to Erica M and she promised to fix the issues. I’ll redo the survey after the appointment.

When I started to drive home and got to speed, I noticed a new rattle in the driver door, it's rather loud. Also, the paint on the same door has a small patch in the middlw with more glitter than the rest. It's really odvious when the light hits it.
