I initially showed up without an appointment and was welcomed and accommodated, and given a estimate which was quite reasonable, on the spot. When I did return a few weeks later, everything went smoothly and the work was completed much faster than I had anticipated. I also received a sample of “touch up” paint that I had not expected!
