There was a chip in the paint on the rear view mirror that was supposed to be repaired and was not. I didn't notice until today. In addition, keyless fob worked when I gave it to you, but does not now.:-[

The representative was genuinely nice and available during the duration of repair time. I was told that once my car was back together they noticed the hood didn't align and another part would need to be ordered which would further delay return date. Picked up my vehicle and everything appeared fine. Next day while driving I noticed a large gap on right side of hood where my vehicle was originally damaged. After almost 7000 in repairs the results should have been almost seamless. Notified representative and was advised to come back during operating hours to get looked at. Do to my work schedule I have to figure out when I can go in late or get off early. Which means I will be driving as is until I can get back to shop.

A neighbor accidentally backed into my brand-new vehicle on Christmas Eve, and put me in the position of having to deal with insurance, a rental replacement, and repairs. I am a full-time self-employed musician who uses my vehicle every day to haul equipment, and I was not happy about this position. Elite autobody made sure I had exactly the vehicle I needed for as long as I needed it, returned my brand-new vehicle back to me just like new, and pretty much sheltered me from all insurance hassles. They also kept me up-to-date, every step of the way. I could not be happier with my dealings with elite, and would highly recommend Them to anyone.

Tom made the initial introduction and offered their services. I was impressed with his professionalism and decided to trust Elite Body Shop to repair my BMW. I was not disappointed.
