Work could have been a little faster. Keeping my van for 4 weeks is a little long. I had to borrow a car to get around in which was a little inconvient but the overall repairs was great. Tailgate was on back order which fowled up the whole repair. When Graff received the parts everything went faster and smoother. Thanks James for your hard work to satisfy your customer. When I drove off your lot, I felt like I had a new van! Thanks again!

Roxanne Morales was very courteous and willing to assist. However the text messages I received had inaccurate information. The very first text had my name and vehicle information were wrong. I responded with correct information and yet the vehicle make was still incorrect. It was not updated till I called into Roxanne and she corrected it. When I picked up my vehicle the A/C was not cooling correctly. It had to be turned all the to low in order for it to cool and the temperature control was displaying --. I called in and informed Roxanne and was told ok to bring vehicle back possible A/C needs to be recharged. So I took off early and brought vehicle in only to be told that ****. A/C possibly needs recharge 2. Graff only did the body work 3. My insurance would no to cover the repair 4. The Mechanic did not know anything about Suzuki and did not want to mess anything up 5. It's a new car should still be under warranty 6. Mechanic did not touch or work on the engine. I explained to Roxanne that when I brought in my vehicle A/C was working fine also there is less then ****,700 miles in there. I took My vehicle to the dealership and per service they don't understand how the Ambient (don't know if correct word or spelling) Sensor is missing. It is quite confusing to me. We now have to wait for the sensor to come in to fix the problem. As for the bodywork Excellent job! When I picked up the vehicle the inside still was quite dusty on the dashboard in the compartments and the air vents were filthy dusty, thank goodness for wipes! Thank you for your time.
