The representative did not fix my car completely missing one wheel cap but told us to take the car and will fix it later. My insurance has completely paid the money and we also paid the deductible.I tried contacting them regarding this and they said will get back to me but it’s been almost a month now and they keep giving excuses for not fixing the wheel cap. I m very dissatisfied with the service provided with certified collision center. My car is still without a wheel cap wherein I have paid money for the item.
