I have never been so satisfied as I have been dealing with the people at Lund! Professional, friendly, and efficient. They contacted me DAILY about the status of my car repair. When it was ready, they contacted me to pick it up. It was shampooed, detailed, and spotless! Unbelievable. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. They also took care of contacting my car rental for me to have them retrieve it. I give them a 10! J.D.P. Middleboro,ma.

There are numerous mechanical problems with the car, gauges don't work. You'll hear from me, did anyone do a test drive when you thouhht it was completed.

Janine and Kevin made things easy for someone who knew little about the insurance claims procedures. I felt welcomed and put at ease about all of the procedures. Janine took over and did everything and called me and kept me informed. The car looked great when I picked it up!!!!

The car looks absolutely phenomenal inside and out. The inside of my vehicle was fully detailed upon the completion of repairs. The collision repairs were done extremely quick and the front end staff are unbelievable at making sure your experience is pleasant. Hertz out of Lund Collision is very accommodating as well.
