I was very pleased with my experience at Collision Center! The professionalism I was shown immediately told me that my car was in good hands. I was kept up to date about the progress they were making on my car and it was finished two days earlier than expected! After being bombarded by rocks on the freeway, my experience with Collision Center was as painfree as possible, which I really appreciated. I will highly recommend this facility to an friends in need of repair work.

Owner was a huge miserable ****. Car paint was extremely spiderwebbed and new chrome window piece was completed scratched in one area. Now I have to go back to fix it once the paint cures. Contacting BBB and USAA on all the issues. Everyone besides owner was a pleasure to work with. If your going to tell a customer after you accost them outside of your business repeatidly that you DONT NEED THEIR BUSINESS, then your business needs to be immaculate in its profession- not making the customer return to fix everything that was done poorly.

I appreciate the customer service that I received this time and the other two times I've had the misfortune to need collision repair. I will need to bring my car back in as I have no headlight or power to the front right which is most likely an easy fix. However, I am still very satisfied with the services I've received.
