I was eventually satisfied with the way things worked out but wouldn’t call it completely satisfied. There was a very noticeable rattling coming from my car when I picked it up that got worse with brake pressure. This was not happening when I initially dropped the car off. I would have hoped this would have been caught if any real test drive was actually done after the damage was repaired. When I brought the car back to be checked the customer service reps attitude was noticeably annoyed. The issue was quickly addressed and the assistant manger was very polite explaining the issue.
