The staff was amazing ffriendly and accommodating. I was offered drinks and snacks, the estimate and rental process took less than 15 minutes, and they stayed open late to wait for me to return the rental once my car was complete. I’m coming back for customer pay work just because of how the staff made me feel so comfortable.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I know this may not be the case with all vehicles. I expected my vehicle to be worked on a few days. But, I dropped it off on a Thursday and my vehicle was done by the time I got off of work the next day on Friday. I was very pleased. And they did a great job on my vehicle.

It was such an amazing experience, from the moment I dropped my car off to picking it up! The guys in the back I would like to say a huge thank you! I was really stressed that my car would not be the same but when I saw it I wanted to cry it looked SO good!! It was expected to take over a week to repair and it was so amazing that it was done in 3 days! Thank you Mike for watching out for my car and keeping me posted every step of the way. Major thumps up! I would give this full experience an A+. Thank you Paceline for another great job!

I’ve unfortunately had the liberty of using Paceline Collision services twice within 3 weeks. Misfortune hit me like a ton of bricks but with God’s Favor and blessings, I was introduced to the service of Paceline Collision! Christine and Mike were exceptionally professional and when the 2nd mishap took place I immediately requested their services. Their process ran so smoothly and without fault, all I had to do was sit back, indulge in the snacks and drinks they offer; while allowing them to do what they do best —- take good care of every customer. Thank you for an exceptional experience that I will share with my friends!!
