Repair is not complete. I expressed one concern that the horn changed sounds after the accident. Paceline did not even address the defect, nor did they report it to the insurance company.
Also there are several areas where the paint is chipped on the right front panel. These chips were not present before the accident.
I would like for my vehicle to be repaired to the condition that it was prior to the accident.

I was surprised and pleased that the car repair took less time than orginally anticipated. It's always nice to get my car back earlier than expected. And the customer service was outstanding. Amazing customer service! From the start, they were great! They opened the door for me into their establishment which I thought was so nice and everyone was just really happy and patient with me considering I had my 1yr old with me.
