The car was fixed well and promptly. The only problem was that when I dropped my rental car off and picked up my car, your office did not notify Enterprise that their car was back. They called me to question when I dropped it off. My insurance is paying for this, but if it weren't, I'd be miffed about that.

The experience was very pleasant (much better than my interactions with the insurance company). My own hectic schedule was no problem. The car was able to be taken in very quickly and was completed in short order. They were very accommodating and were able to honor my requests such as avoiding cheap aftermarket parts. I was nervous to pick an autobody shop but was put at ease at every step with great communication and helpful staff. I will be recommending friends to use the shop as well.
