Great job by receptionist and Mr. Sam Pugh. The ladies were polite and had documents ready for my signature. Sam, always kept me updated with vehicle repair progress, went over what needed to be accomplished by technicians and explained what was done to restore my vehicle to showroom form.

Seriously impressed by how smooth my repair went. That takes hard work and teamwork which you guys clearly have. Above and beyond the repairs that were excellent, the interior detailing of my car was incredibly appreciated. My sincere thanks to whoever took the time to do it well even though my car was a disaster inside. That person or team deserve recognition! Hopefully I never need you guys again but if I do, you will be tops on the list for my repairs.
