I was very pleased with the service given to me from day 1, from the costumer service to the step by step text messages keeping me informed of estimated time of when to expect my car to be ready. You guys are very EFFICIENT! To say the least. Everyone was extremely pleasant and took their time with me. I have to say my car being done in 2 days had me a little nervous but I've driven it and it runs perfectly fine if not better than when I brought it in. I made an appointment with the Marlton Collision Center to have my car dropped off and a reservation for a rental. When I got there they had no idea I was dropping my car off nor that I had a reservation for a rental, stating "we thought you were just here for an estimate." After placing blame on the Texas call center the receptionist still did not call for the rental. She seemed a little surprised when I asked her about my rental car. I was told the repair would only take about 3 days which was fine. Two days later I received a text update from caliber that my car was going to take 8 more days. Which was really stressful because I was not sure how long the insurance company would pay for the rental. So I politely called and I was informed that that was a typo and my car would be ready the following day. I received another text from caliber that same night claiming my car was done and if I had not been called I will be called soon to schedule a pick up time. I never received a call that night and I waited all morning before work, still no call. So I called them on my way to work and they said oh yeah no problem your car is done you can pick it up now. So I call my boss and tell him I will be late for work I have to pick up my car. When I get there my car is still 3 Cars deep in there display room. After all the paperwork is done the receptionist precedes to say thank you and then decides to ignore me for a very awkward amount of time. Once she acknowledges my existence again she asks if she can help me with anything else and I said I need my keys. She tells me they're on top of my car as if no big deal no concerns for any potential scratching. Then I have to drive my car out of there display room which was tightly parallel park between two other customers cars which was incredibly uncomfortable for me to maneuver my car out of the garage. I have been in customer service for about 9 years now and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. No one knew anything what was going on. I don't understand how you can make an appointment with a company and they claim that they have no idea what's going on because their call center is in Texas? I will never go back here again nor will I recommend it to any of my friends I'll actually tell them never to go there.

My rear seat belts buckles were put in backwards to start with and took the tech going outside twice to get it corrected while I waited an additional 30/40 minutes. After getting my truck home and taking a good look at my vehicle I noticed other issues that I will be returning in the morning to discuss. Half of my lights on the roof of my dodge will not work, my rear drivers side fender was hit with a sander and has deep scratches in my paint, there is glue on the body of my truck from the rear window being reinstalled, white speckles and bubbled up paint from spraying over rust. All that I have already discussed with my insurance company. I am not at all happy with the service.

The work took longer than it should have taken do to apart which needed to be reordered and the fact that my car had a interlocking device which when into a lockdown mode cause the repairs even longer cause me to dish out more out of pocket money so no I was not satisfied but do appreciate that my car was detailed clean

1) I was told the repairs would last 1 week - it took 5 weeks!
2)on delivering the car at the assigned time and date, I was told it wasn't in the system
3) I believe there were lengthy delays in starting the work and then in completing it when promised again and again
4) communication was not good
5) there were too many excuses for the delays
6) on picking up the car there were billing issues related to the rental car overages which meant pickup didn't go smoothly

I was satisfied with the workmanship on my car, no complaints about that. I was not satisfied with the communication regards the progress of my repair. On Monday, 3/28 I got an email saying that I would receive daily status updates. I never received another email. On Thursday, 3/31, I called the office myself and was told the repair was finished. I should not have had to call myself as I was told I would receive a call from you when the work was complete. I then asked that the key and paperwork be left in the glove box as I would be picking up the car over the weekend when you were closed. This was not done. I do appreciate that the key and paperwork were delivered to my home on Monday.
It was an amazing experience in an unfortunate time. My issue was quite small but if all your clients are treated as well as I was your business should continue to flourish.

The care was not returned to original condition after several attempts
Is what it is. Ultimately repair was finally done right, but twice the car was visibly not done right. Someone needs to atleast look at it before u try and return it to customer. Even when I finally got it back there was was in the creases and wax residue all under trunk lid.

My inside door handle is broken and was not broken when the car was brought in. I notified the technician before I left and he apologized and took the car back in the garage. He returned and said he put some clips in it and it should be fine. However it's still loose and seems like some of the fasteners are broke. I plan on calling the shop on Monday.

All the texts were not correct all the time, the car was not ready when they said and woman answering the phone was not to pleasant on phone. When I dropped off the car it sat there for two weeks before work even began and I was not given any updates about that .

I liked the txt msg updates; car very clean at pickup; staff courteous and professional; facility clean and well maintained. The experience was painless--I had the car towed to CC while I was traveling for work, GEICO and CC handled everything. They made an extra effort to repair everything that was affected, even stuff that I may not have noticed, such as the edge of the passenger door and the "plastic wings" for the radiator and a tire.
