The service was perfect ????????. Each team member was professional and provided me updates throughout the entire process of my repair.
Service was great except the truck ‘shimmies’ and vibrates and rides rough at 75 mph. Smooths out at 80mph and then has same issue at 85mph with AC turned on. This was never a problem before. Was something maybe ‘re-connected’ incorrectly after the repair?? I will drop the truck back off so you can access the existing conditions.
I understand having to wait for parts (especially because your company prioritizes OEM parts from dealership I purchased my car) is out of your control. It’s primarily why I was so patient. But I feel the lack of communication and updates as well as such a long delay on getting my car completed truly made this a very frustrating experience. Whenever I did get any updates they were very short and lacking in detail. There was no reassurance and I truly felt as though my car would be delivered in worse shape after pointing out a dent I’d like to get a quote on in person. Which by the way after talking to three different employees there never received a quote. I’m happy with the quality of the work, and Monica was really the only person who was able to provide the customer service I was expecting for a place recommended by my dealership (Galpin). It took a full two months to get my car repaired there and even though I shared I was without a vehicle for the last month (because insurance only covered 30 days) I still didn’t get a sense of urgency, or updates until I reached out. I was never offered any car rental options or courtesy vehicle while your company was waiting on parts.

Carlos at Ford Auto Body is great. He does his job very well. Over several years he has supervised several jobs for me from replacing broken mirrors to several minor “fender bender” jobs for my family and my self. He has supervised a complete paint job on a vintage MG TD, painted my large scale toy train, put a carb scoop on my 1965 **** +4, re-striped my **** 3 wheeler, painted several vintage motorcycle parts and the last job, a 1950 Indian motorcycle sidecar. All the work was excellent. To say the least, I will be back.

Service was incredible. They have very friendly Staff that addressed all my concerns and of course took great car of my vehicle. I specially want to thank Monica for all of her help and assistance. She not only helped me coordinate a good pick up time that worked with my schedule but she Also did a thorough check of my vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with the work. She took time to have my key fob cleaned as it was sticky from tape they used on it. Those little details deserve recognition. Thank you
The fender-lip piece that was replaced looks great. The scratches in the passenger door are still there, doesn’t look like they were buffed or sanded out. I was going to call you guys today to ask a few questions.

There is not enough space for me to list everything. What I can say......it all started when I made my first call to Ford Auto body and spoke to Monica. My conversation with her is all I needed to choose to have my repair done at this location. From there I was skeptical with what the rest of my experience would be. Anytime I was unsure, I would call Monica and she made it all better. The o her employees that I encountered were nice and polite.....even the gentleman who cleaned my truck when I picked it up. He was cool too. He cleaned my truck the way I was planning to detail it the day before accident. To not have my truck for three weeks was miserable. Between the text message and email updates and conversations with Monica. The experience was 1000% better then I have ever had with any body shop that I have had to deal with in 22 years.
