I’m very please with the work that Bayview Cadillac, the people there was very professional and they kept me updated if there were any delay in receiving part, Jaun was very pleasing to talk to and very professional and a great attitude. When he delivered my car to me it was very nice and clean. A job well done

The repairs look nice and complete, from what I can tell. Employees were pleasant. However, my car was there for one month and I had to call weekly for updates. No one ever reached out to me without me calling first. I think there should be better communication.

I was very unhappy with the service I received. I was never updated on my vehicles progress. I kept being told my vehicle would be ready for pick up and it never was. This caused issues with my car rental as well. I was very upset.

Car looks like new! It was ready as promised, except for the trim that had to be special ordered. Really appreciated that they also vacuumed out my car.

I never received one phone call with an update on my car. The only time I knew any sort of update was when I called them. It took near 4 weeks to repair my car! And when I called in and learned it was ready, upon my arrival, they asked for payment before doing any sort of walk around of the vehicle. I found two damages that were not repaired and they had to keep the car longer! In addition, 2 weeks into the repair I had to get a rental car. I spoke with someone there to arrange the pick up and they assured me the car would be there by 4pm. When I arrived around 4:30 to pick up the rental car they seem to have no idea what I was talking about and had to call enterprise to bring a car over for me. Overall, this is the worst customer service and I will never return.

Great service. They kept me posted about the whole repair process and the result was amazing. You can not tell that my car was involved in a collision. Everyone was professional. I would definatelly recommend this place.
