The repair took too long, but it was an insurance issue. The finished product looks great, but the I can't get the tailgate to open by the outside lever. I'll take it to Sawgrass when I have time.

The Service tech that initially greeted me was friendly and informative. He checked my vehicle and filled out the paperwork. He advised that Juan, who was busy at the time, would be my Service tech and would contact me which is exactly what happened. Juan keep in contact and updated me along the process. My vehicle was completed as promised. I received my vehicle cleaner and repairs done satisfactorily. Great experience! Thanks you for making the process a breeze.

The white headliner and leather are stained with grime, my wife noticed as soon as she looked at the car when I brought it home. Recommend having someone detail the interior when done with repairs (happened when we had an oil change previously with grime on the head rest).
Juan the Service advisor was great. The body work and paint job looks like new. Your team and work is fantastic, it is a pleasure to call Susie who finds who I need to talk with and everyone is professional. Protect the white interior against grime somehow (or clean it, which is what I will have done) and it would be a 10 out of 10!
