Excellent customer service! My vehicle was repaired faster than expected and it looks like nothing ever happened. This is my second time working with Marlon and The Bayview Cadillac team. Although I hope I don't see them any time soon, I would not hesitate to work with them again.

After two weeks, I got my car back but was told a part was on back order. They expect it in in two weeks, that was three weeks ago. I will call this week to inquire but unfortunately, they are not good at returning calls.

The company they work with eneterprise failed me miserably. I paid for a rental Tuesday evening. Daijah promised I will have my car. Unfortunately I made it back to enterprise too late so they were closed so I came the next day to retrieve my car and I had no car available. They returned the money to my account within 2 business days. I had to walk in the hot Sun from point A to point E while they had my deposit. Daja offered to swipe my card again. I declined because they already had my money. Cadillac did an amazing job. Thank you Marlon. But enterprise was a nightmare.

Lack of communication. Excessive delays, the strong possibility of which never communicated to me. This resulted in my incurring thousand of dollars towards car rental fees after insurance payment applied.
