Texting application to communicate was very helpful for coordinating pick up.
I had to email and call multiple times to check if parts were delivered and was told someone would inform me when the parts were in to schedule and appointment, but I did not receive follow up and had to follow up myself. If there is a way to see the progress/status of repair online rather than calling, this would prevent constant follow that is needed.
