During the first week, I received great feedback and information on the status of my truck. However, after receiving an erroneous text message that my truck was ready for pickup, it seemed that there was a serious disparity in the communication chain. My truck was reported to be ready on April 10, however, when I stopped by to swap out my rental car for a new one on April 3, I noticed my truck in the parking lot, and went to take a look. It appeared complete, so when I met with my rep, she said it looked like it would be ready by the afternoon. I was told just the day before over the phone that my truck was “on track to be completed by April 10.” I was elated to get my truck back, and when I returned that afternoon to pick it up, I was handed my paperwork and keys and asked if I saw my truck in the parking lot. No one came out to the truck with me, explained any of the work, and really, it just felt like a very unprofessional handoff. When I opened my truck, I immediately noticed the smell of paint fumes. I found a can of finish blend left in the front floor board, and some had leaked onto the floor. I returned the can to the front desk, a little irritated, but again, I was just happy to have my truck back. Once I got in and started the truck, I noticed a dust film, like the kind that I’m sure is in the air when doing body work, all over every surface of the truck. The dirty paper floor mats were still left in there as well. It was an extremely disappointing way to get my truck back. Over all, I felt like the work done on the truck was great, however, the collateral annoyances seem like an oversight of poor management and would deter me from coming back there in the case of another repair. I chose to come here because I was always satisfied with your service after 10 years with ****automotive. This last transaction was horrible and I’m wondering if I need to find another dealership for my needs. This is the second time I’ve dropped my car off from collision repairs in 5 months because the first time was so outstanding. Today I rushed over to pick my car up and asked if anyone knew where the noise was coming from that I’ve complained about since I dropped the car off. They weren’t sure but said I could bring my car back if I heard it. I get outside and my check engine light is on. I come right back and the office door is locked. I asked if any of the repairs they did required my check engine light to come on and she said she didn’t know but any diagnostic test would be a discussion made with the insurance company. I informed her I spoke to them. I spoke to Taylor and I asked about it each time and now I had a check engine light on. The lady said “Taylor couldn’t have that conversation with me about the diagnostic because that’s a conversation you need to have with the insurance company and she’s just a receptionist”. I said how would I know that? So basically my car has been there forever. They never mentioned about the noise and now my check engine light is on and I have to come back there and try to figure out what’s going on.

I was happy with being updated along the way instead of having to call you all the time to find out the status of my car. I was also happy with the finished product. Ive done some autobody in the past so i know alot of the things to look for, and i didnt have to have anything corrected. All the gaps were striaght and the paint was cut and buffed nice and smooth as it should have been. My car looks as though it were never in and accident, and my Hybrid system works as it should if not better than it did before the accident. Thank you for your hard work.
