I was not satisfied with the final result. Most of the work completed was awesome however there was one discrepancy that was unable to be resolved about a $250 fix out of a$4500 repair. Not that it was expected but I feel more could been done to keep a loyal customer happy.

The actual repair experience, and the repairs done were excellent. My complaint is with getting the process started. I received an email from your Office Manager, Lianna Schwinn, instructing me to fill out an authorization form and to email it back to her. I did this, using the email address in her email signature, and assume that all was well. 10 days later, when I called to check on what was going on, since I had not heard from anyone there, I was informed that my form had not been received. It turned out that the email address in your Office Manager's email signature was not correct. This caused a significant delay in getting started on the repairs to my car and caused me to be without my vehicle for significantly longer than it should have been. All in all, it looks like you need some quality control work in your intake process, as well as setting up a process to check on forms that have been sent out but not returned rather than just letting it sit. At best, I woud rate the overall experience a C+
Absolutely awesome. Kept me informed throughout the repairs. I literally dropped it off. And picked it up. They took care of everything. Even though it was 10 days later than expected. It wasn’t an issue because of the service they provided. Took care of my rental and all communication with insurance company’s. If I have to, I will use Priority again.

Everything appears to be ok. The vehicle doesn’t appear to excelrate to good but I am not sure if the accident had anything to do with it. When I pick it up, it started the next day. I will be taking it in to have it look at.

I appreciated the text updates. The staff who oversee USAA claims did a fantastic job. My vehicle was ready 2 days prior to their original finish date- fantastic!

After picking up my vehicle and going to pick my children up from school, my car would not turn on. I was forced to take an Uber from one child’s school to another due to not being able to utilize my car. The most that I was offered was to “see if they would come out to jump the car”. I did not have this problem when taking the car for repairs and should not experience them now. I usually have pretty great experiences with Priority, but not this time.
The car came home with a new scratch on the paint.
Excellent customer service. They kept me well info of the progress of my vehicle repair. The job looked good and well done.
