Promptly made an appointment and worked with our insurance co. (Mercury) to get our car repaired fairly quickly. Gave me updates during repairs and Fix It Auto was willing to arrange for taking me home or picking me up from your facility.

I would like to paraphrase my statement to the young lady representative upon picking up my car... Never in my close to my half century of driving, and working with auto repair specialists (and body shops) have I had such an exceptional, professional experience! From start to finish, from beginning to end, from initial contact through craftsmanship, quality, QC, finish, and completion, I was impressed! As a retired airline VP, who used to supervise the painting of our aircraft that should mean something, as I really appreciate quality and attention to detail!
