Dan was not good at communicating with me. I left him several message, and none were returned. I finally avoided being put into his voice mail and just was on hold until he picked up. He told me the car would likely be ready the next day, but that was not true. It wasn’t ready until 8 days later. He said he would call me back with an answer about my headlight, but he never called me back.
