Never once did he hesitate to ask me if he could help make things easier on me with my 2-4 kids I had in tow with each trip there. Collision Craft was super accommodating, very friendly, welcoming and professional ! A Mama can’t thank you enough for all your help and it’s nice to not get an eye roll when you have to walk in with your kiddos ! Loved the presentation of options for repair instead of being told a rigid, absolute direction for repair. We had first taken our car to Ellis and Salazar and the dialogue with the estimator made us uncomfortable so we brought our car to Collision Craft - we are so happy with the service and communication. First of all thank you for your commitment to deliver my vehicle after hours on Friday. Upon picking up vehicle I attempted to use the windshield wiper fluid sprayer. The reservoir was empty and I filled with water. When I attempted to spray the fluid it did not spray properly. The rear fluid switch sprayed on the forward windshield and the forward switch sprayed the rear. The wiper fluid pump hoses were incorrectly installed. Luckily my son in law was able to reverse the hoses and remedy the situation. The reason I am submitting a comment for the mistake is because as I was driving thru Corpus Christi at ****:00 A.M. my windshield fogged up inside and out due to the high humidity and fog. I pressed the defrost button, but also needed to spray my windshield to clear my totally obstructed view. If my fluid reservoir was empty and I had not discovered the flaw on the fluid hoses, I would have had to stop on the shoulder to clear my windshield. I know their was a rush to deliver my car, but I hope my comment will save someone else from a similar situation. Again thank you and have a nice day, respectfully: Jaime Flores

This group is the best body shop that I've ever had to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work they performed. Provided several updates detailing when the work was started and expected to be completed. I also had to contact them and ask if they could stay open late since I was unable to make it there before 5:00 PM when the shop closes. The owner offered to stay late and even come in on Saturday, his day off to get me my vehicle. That's unheard of in today's world. I would recommend this body to anyone from this point forward. They have a customer for life.
