20 days to repair my vehicle was at least 10 too many. Parts were ordered incorrectly multiple times. Shop blamed the insurance company for sending in the wrong VIN. Fair enough. However, wouldn't it make sense to cross check the VIN before ordering? Repair looks OK and shop personnel were very friendly. No need to call me.

From the very first time that Wendell said hello until my car was picked up, I was treated with the utmost care and understanding to my unique situation, as I had to have surgery very shortly after my car was delivered to Lyk Nu. If I ever find myself in need of collision repair again, I will go to Lyk Nu and give Wendell my business again!

Took entirely way too long to complete my car with very little notice about when they were expecting it to be done. I would not recommend nor would I ever use this company again to fix anything I owned.

After a lot of issues with my insurance claim die to me wanting to file under the person who hit me, Just to proceed with the repair, I decided to go through with it under my claim. At that time which was Monday, June 8th, I was told when I dropped my car off, that the new door had already been received. Because of that he said they probably would have it done by that Friday. I had also been told by my insurance company that my insurance claim had already paid out to alum Nu. After dropping the car off, I received two emails, one thanking me for choosing the company, and another telling me I would receive updates, although this never happened. Last Friday past, then the new week began, and I never heard anything from Lyk Nu or from my insurance company unt yesterday, ten days later, telling me my car was ready. Dave is extremely nice and my car looks great... He even had it cleaned for me! But the planned completion date changing drastically, along with no updates, is not impressive. I though have the same issue with my insurance company regarding my claim against the other driver, so unfortunately this must be the "nature" of the business.

Very nice, but seemed a bit disorganized. Think it was pretty new ownership. Work is overall good quality, but did not make proper adjustments for hood alignment and closure.
