You all made what can typically be a frustrating process and made it as smooth as possible. The diligent communication was very appreciated. At no time during this whole process did I ever have to wonder "when will my car be ready?" since I was alerted from drop off to pick up and regularly updated. You also finished 3 days earlier than originally estimated! I am a busy person and it was such a relief that I did not have to do much at all for this whole process. Once I dropped off the care, Lori, Ernesto, and the rest of the crew kept me updated the whole process and alerted me to each next step.
