I’m absolutely satisfied with the service that service king provided! The manager David is very professional and Russel is was very accompanying and knowledgeable of auto body work! I would suggest service king to any and everyone who needs body work on their vehicle.
A two week repair turned into two months for Service King due to short staff, missed diagnosis, needing platinum parts, repairs done off site, car wash was “not quite right”, air conditioning “not cold enough” and Chevrolet needing a “scan” of the car. One excuse after another delayed the Service King repairs. The Service King excuses became almost unbelievable and could have been avoided if present up front, Service King.
I’d heard the horror stories of Service King and didn’t want to believe them but now I can say from experience that Service King really does ****! I should have known there would be problems with Service King from the start when I have to call Service King for status and the car has already been with Service King a week and no Service King technician called to notify me of findings. No work had been done by Service King after having the car almost eight (8) days. Poor Service King!!
Service King? I think not! Service **** is more appropriate!

I am not satisfied because I dropped my car off on July 1st and I had a full tank and check in mileage of 106,651 and I pick it up today July 30th and tank is between ****/4 and ****/2 and the mileage now reflects 107,830. How does this happen and I noticed my rear bumper is damaged on right side. I will be speaking to Allstate claims department ASAP. Leo A
