The two young ladies in the front office was very responsive to any questions I had they got the information and replied in a timely manner. I did not have any direct contact with the shop personnel, however the quality of work I saw on my car is a testimony to their professionalism. Thanks for a job well done!

The top rear brake light in my vehicle has NOT been fixed. The light should sit snug in the socket it's in. My light moves freely and it should not. The light was originally damaged and can be seen on the estmate pictures. This has been a very disappointing experience. I have takeen pictures and contacted my claims advisor concerning this issue.

The personnel at Lawley Collision Center are absolutely first-rate. Terrific people. The repair/restoration, including the paint work and finish was excellent, Couldn't even tell there had been damage to the vehicle. My wife and I highly recommend Lawley Collision to anyone in need of their services.

The workmanship is superb. All the workers and all the office people were very kind and very treated me very well. Only one complaint will have to eliminate James then because he was deceased in November so just keep it under my name if that's okay under Elizabeth otherwise I'm thrilled with the work and thrilled with how very pleasant to everyone was thank you so very much. Oh and thank you to Terry who drove me home when I drop my car off and pick me up so I could get my car back today thank you again
