Improvement on communication is needed. I signed paperwork and indicated on paper to contact myself (car owner) for all communication. I was notified that the car was ready yesterday morning through my son after a phone call from Y & S office. I found out I could have picked up my car few days sooner after I came to office yesterday.

Repair took 4.5 months.
Battery was not charged while being stored, causing me to lose range.
Rear trunk button does not work.
Fitment of trunk to bumper is assymetrical.
Car was delivered with white grease on rear seatbelt and seat, as well as front passenger headrest. I asked them to clean it off and they did a poor job.
It appears the stains may be permanent.
I will be following up on these issues with Tesla and my insurance company.
