Everything promised was delivered. The job was excellent. Staff was lovely. One thing bugging us though is the possibility we got another ding in the car--possibly a door opening ding, there. We can't say for sure but it is definitely recent. So, all we can think and say is, watch for workers who are a little careless opening doors around the cars.

Having your auto involved in an accident is a stressful and depressing event. The staff was very helpful and friendly which was greatly appreciated. The job was handled very professionally. It made a difficult situation easier to go through. Appreciated the advice and direction given after the job was completed. The repair work was great

Everyone was very nice, and the work was excellent, but the communication around when I could pick up my car was not great, and when I went to pick up my car there was a scratch on the (newly painted) front bumper that required me to bring the car back in.. and again the communication around picking it up was not great.

From my first contact at Uptown Body and Fender through to the final hand off of my Mazda after the accident repair, I experienced efficient, frequent and thorough communication by email, phone and in-person. The condition of the repair was matched by the beautiful, clean and customer-oriented shop! Of special note was the presence of many women who are employed by Uptown. It was an additional benefit to access Enterprise Rental Car through their partnership with Uptown. I am very grateful to Joe at Fritz and Peter's Auto Repair for recommending Uptown Body and Fender. I recommend it highly.
