The quality of the work is very good. What I was frustrated with was the communication about the status of where it was in the process. I understand that this work takes time, parts have to be ordered and there are other cars in the queue. But, there does need to be an appreciation that there is a customer on the other end of this.

Still previous over spray from original job to be corrected NOT fixed. Possible new damage to vehicle on rear of vehicle door. Roof trim that was “replaced” rivet is mallee up and part now detaching completely from the rivet job was not done correctly. To say the least everything thing was a complete hack job and not worth the time wasted to have them NOT fix the vehicle correctly. They kept my vehicle for over a week.

You had my car way too long and did not address an issue we asked d you to, at all.
You quoted us an exorbinate price of $1700, and when we came to pick up the car, the bill was for over $4000!!!?

I heard nothing on my car for at least the first two weeks and them I was the one who called/stopped by to see what the status was and then had to wait about ten more days before my car was ready, seemed slow. Very satisfied with the repairs though, so all's well that ends well, no harm no foul.
