It took way too long to completely fix my vehicle, over a month and a half. They called said my vehicle was done. I drove all the way there to find my car still had dings and the headliner was destroyed and unacceptable. When I finally picked up my vehicle I noticed a few chips on my front bumper that were not there when I origanally dropped my vehicle off and my car was not clean inside or out.

My experience with Carstar Fred Beans Doylestown was FANTASTIC! I'm 87 years old,have been driving since I was 16 and have had dealings with quite a few auto body shops.They were all OK but your organization is WORLD CLASS.I can hardly wait to recommend your organization to someone who needs your services.

Repair was excellent. However, since my car sat in your place for almost 3 months, I had no idea that my inspection sticker expired. It would have been nice if your people pointed that out upon returning the car.

Although the job was delayed SEVERAL times due to parts unavailability (not the fault of this facility) and is NOT yet complete (for the same reason); I found that the communication lines were kept open and I was updated during the process. So far, I find CarStar to be courteous and professional. I look forward to seeing the job completed in the near future and WOULD recommend CarStar as a repair facility.
