My vehicle was a victim of a hit and run so i took it to Greenway autobody since i am a long time customer of their car dealership and their auto body shop. I have always been more then satisfied with their service except this time. After a long wait to first get my vehicle in to be repaired once in their hands i thought it would be easy and stress free boy was i wrong when i came to pick up my 2016 chevy traverse i noticed it was dirty then i checked the area that was supposed to be repaired and it was repaired but had extra damage due to bad workmenship, they sanded the block edge into my vehicle and it left a gouge that had been painted, a damaged rim and scratch on my backdoor . I showed the manager he then proceeded to lick sandpaper and sand out the scratch, tell me they will buff out the big scratch on my rim and fix the body work, i then look in my car and get more disappointed dirty foot prints all over the leather seats and its filthy in side now i dropped it off like new and cleaner then when i picked it up from the showroom. Several broken promises to take care of me later and after payment from my insurance i am left with a bad taste in my mouth and a damaged vehicle 3 months later no calls, no repairs,no compensation for a customer who has purchased several cars (10 )and have been a customer for over 15 yrs. I feel not only like a victim of a hit and run but a victim of one of the worst customer service of any business i have ever dealt with.
Vehicle Make : Subaru
They repaired my cerified preowned Forester for a sideswipe/tbone. Returned it to me with crease in the roof still, finished the repair. The 6th trip to work it pus me head first into a guardrail at 70 mph.
