The repair is not yet finished. Parts are on back order and he new paint has many flaws. And there is additional damage to the truck that was not present when it was dropped off for repair.

Ben was personable and specific, made the whole process unbelievably smooth. (Note re the repair crew: the contents of the trunk were a mess, the rug/flap/carpeting was not put back properly a a couple of the fitting plywood pieces were just left out--I had no idea where they went or how to put them in, I think, the spare tire well or fender wells.)

Jo was exceptional. Efficient, informative, a d kept me updated as to status. Repair work looks great. There is one scratch on opposite side of truck on the bed where it appears that a belt buckle was cause when getting to liner or bed off. I’m not going to worry about it as I believe I can get most of it out. Thanks for repairing so quickly
