Everyone was nice to work with. That certainly helped. The quote and the timeframe both jumped up after dropping the car off. I'd rather you set a conservative estimate and then over achieve. Also, completely unrelated to the window being fixed, my driver side door handle started malfunctioning from the moment I picked up the car. Tesla mobile service is coming to my house to fix that today so that I don't have to keep climbing thru the passenger side. Hopefully they won't charge me for that.
