Though the work took a little longer than was estimated,the work is spot on.

Arrigo tech wrote insurance information on the window of my vehical and did not bother to remove it before I received the vehical. I washed it off myself. I would think Arrigo would clean the areas of the truck that the tech repaired and left finger prints and grease marks.

I did hear a warning notice the other day but no notice came up on the dashboard so guess it was just a glitch. If I hear it again, I will bring it in to double check. Looks great to me. Thank you for the great job. Marge Foltz

Very friendly personnel and eager to please. But upon entering body shop, there is no one to acknowledge one's presence which is somewhat disconcerting. A bell or something that alerts personnel that a customer has entered the building would help

Great job was kept informed
Some how the body shop had my wrong email address and phone number. I was asked this information when I brought it in for the estimate. Then when I brought it in for the repair I had to write the information on the paperwork. Communications were not great.
The collision team was very professional and extremely quick and getting the job done and the communication was first class

Repair to my Ram 1500 Truck wasn't completely done. Driver side Rear Tailpipe was still damage. Informed Shop Manager (B. Shields)about the issue. He evaluated the damage and said he needs to order a Tailpipe Extension; When the part come in he will notify me.
